Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of booking set out our obligations to you and your commitments to us when you book with us.

1. Bookings
After booking the required service you will obtain confirmation in writing form to your email address which you provide in a Booking Form. Please note that booking of some services can be accepted only if you are minimum of 18 years and over. We require you to confirm your booking two days prior to the start. If we do not receive your confirmation, the booking will be cancelled.

2. Cancellation
Please be aware of a fact that each booking is binding and it is your obligation to cancel it at least 48 hours before start. If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, you should advise us immediately by telephone followed by confirmation in writing, at the latest 48 hours before start.

3.Changes
If for any reason there is a change in your booking, please let us know as soon as possible in writing, at the latest two days prior the start of activity. We will try to comply with your requests however we can not guarantee that changes can always be made. Please note that if a discount was provided based on a number of people and your change results in a number of participants you will be charged a full price. We also reserve the right to make changes in prices. If situation like that occurs you will receive the information before confirmation of your booking.

4.Special Requests
If you have any special request, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking.

5. Liability
We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever.

6. Insurance
You are advised to take out adequate personal insurance for your protection. Such insurance should cover compensation in the event of illness or accident. We emphasize that some of the events you may book are by their nature inherently dangerous and by participating in these you acknowledge and assume the inherent risks involved. For this reason, we request that you be fully and adequately insured.

7. Complaints procedure
Should you be unhappy with any services provided you should notify us immediately or write to us formally setting out your points within 14 days of returning from your holiday. The matter will be investigated and a reply will be sent to you within four weeks of the receipt of the complaint.
